The Easiest Dutch Oven Cobbler

Created by:  Myself. This is a somewhat original recipe
Inspired by:  A recipe book I have at home along with this recipe from Cooks.com (http://www.cooks.com/recipe/5w7a82fz/easy-dutch-oven-cobbler.html)
Part of:  Project Recipe & Project Creativity
Price: Approximately $3
Stores:  Local Grocery Store

The Easiest Dutch Oven Cobbler

1-2 large cans fruit filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 can Sprite or 7-Up
Optional: Several slices of butter (1/4-1/2 cup)

Foil line your dutch oven and pour the filling in.  In a mixing bowl pour the cake mix and the sprite together and mix a little bit. Don't over mix, you don't want the pop to go flat! It will not be perfectly mixed.  Pour over the top of the filling. Add your coals on top and on the bottom.  We usually do 10-15 on the top and 9-10 on the bottom, this seems to vary.  I have done this with blueberry and peaches.

This is what it looks like prior to cooking

DONE! Yum! (This is pictured with peach cobbler, so there isn't much color contrast)
