Stuffed Mushrooms
1 lb Sausage
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage and drain then add softened cream cheese and blend until mixed and smooth. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Do not pour water over them because mushrooms will swell. Take out stem by twisting and pulling. Stuff with mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on cookie sheet. Bake at 350-degrees approximately 8 minutes or until heated through.
