Slow Cooker Pizza-Stuffed Peppers

1/2 cup uncooked orzo pasta
4 cups boiling water
4-6 assorted bell peppers 
1/4 lb lean ground turkey 
1/2 cup diced pepperoni 
1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend 
1/2 cup water

Review:  These peppers have a delicious blend of flavor; they're not spicy.  This is filling as you can eat the pepper itself as well as the mixture.  It has so much flavor, the texture is balanced, and you don't use a large amount of any of the ingredients.  I used the leftover mixture for toppings on my tacos. This is not a throw and go crock pot recipe.
